Step 2: Enrollment Documents

Please submit your enrollment documents while you wait for your
enrollment contracts to be emailed to you.

Please note that your spot in class cannot be held until all required documents have been received.

Documents REQUIRED TO SIGN UP:

  • Photo ID or Driver’s License
  • High School or College Diploma, GED or Transcripts*

*If you do not have a diploma, GED or transcripts, your enrollment counselor will contact you to set up an appointment to take our school entrance exam instead. It can be taken either in-person or online.

  • Please upload a copy of your drivers license and a copy of your high school diploma or GED. If you don't have a GED or diploma, you will need to schedule an appointment to take the school's entrance exam in person in either Arcadia, La Verne, Melrose or Playa Vista before your class starts.

    Once you finish this page and click Submit, an enrollment counselor will reach out to you within 24 hours and send you an email containing a link to sign your Enrollment Contracts online. Please check your email and sign your contracts on Docusign as soon as possible to secure your spot in the class.

    Please note that your enrollment will NOT be completed and you will not be able to start your course until all of your enrollment documents and contracts have been received. Thank you!
