The online portion of the program is self-paced at home. The hands-on portion is 2 days per week for 12 weeks.

This course is designed to help people find new and fulfilling careers as dog groomers. This course is not for individuals with a casual interest in grooming or who only seek to groom their own pets, for friends and family occasionally or as a hobby. County Animal Shelters typically do not permit members from the public to groom the animals in their care without becoming a shelter volunteer.
